Why does anyone subscribe to this? I go in to watch things, and it wants me to buy it. Why can't I just buy it without the subscription? and if I am subscribing, why would they charge me again to watch a simple show like The Office?
Looking for people's thoughts who have this subscription and what in the world the benefits are. Very curious to hear other perspectives.

It’s because you don’t understand the TV App. First of all you can buy whatever you want without having a subscription.
There are other channels and iTunes content in the TV App that requires payment - in other words there is no Apple TV Plus App
Apple TV + is Apple Original content. It’s a channel found within the Apple TV App. The shows included in your subscription will have the tv+ logo on them - those are free with your subscription
