My iPhone 8 has been glitching out since the update iOS 14

My iPhone 8 has been glitching out since the update iOS 14. It’s horrible, my internet connection turns to no service randomly, my maps automatically shuts off while I’m using it. My phone calls cut out, and my battery life is horrible. I’ve restarted the phone and deleted useless images and apps to clear space. Nothing is working. My friends phone was fried after the new update and he went to Apple and they replaced it with a new phone. I think I might have to do the same, but I don’t want any trouble. Does anyone have any suggestions or experiencing the same things?
