help, my airpods pro charging case suddenly dead while it's being charged.
I've tried to reset it but no response.

Thank you for posting Apple Support Communities. From our understanding your AirPods case is not charging, do we have that right? How are you charging them? Are you using a wireless charging pad? If so, you may want to plug it in using a cable to test it. While it charges make sure your AirPods are paired to an iPhone using the latest iOS software.
