can I change trusted device to get confrim code without removing old one?
I want to get confirm code via my iPhone SE instead of iPad Mini. But iPad mini is also should be in the list. How can I do that?

All trusted devices are supposed to receive the code. You should be able to add the phone and have it receive the code.
