AirPods disconnect during Zoom CallS

I have been hunting for a solution for this issue for some time so hoping someone here can help...

My Air-pod pros continuously disconnect during Zoom calls and the audio returns to my mac speakers.

This is only an issue during live Zoom calls. No issues at all listening to zoom recordings, Spotify, youtube or any other sound. I have all other bluetooth devices switched off and have restarted bluetooth on my Mac.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Hi Soph,

I have the same issue as well. I think this will be on Zoom side, not on Apple side of the fence.

Have you tried to contact Zoom?
