Ok so i got my iphone like 2 month ago and recently noticed it isnt fully straight it got like a 1-2 mm bent backwards at the top of it when i put it a a straight surface i can see it is it a manufacturing problem like the ipad pro? Or should i take it for a check/fix?

Phones don’t bend on their own. Someone or something bent it. They’re also pretty hard to bend, so it must have required substantial force (or a drop from a significant height).
Are you sure it isn’t just the fact that the camera lens projects slightly on the back of the phone?
You put it in a rear pocket and sat on it.
Never put it in the back pocket never set on it why the **** would i put it in the back pocket
Im sure the bent is visible when i put it on the front screen
