I can't download YouTube from the App Store

If this isn’t a download disabled by local or by network policy... Ask Google, as the app developers are the folks that select which countries or regions their particular apps are available.

What is you’re country or region? And if it’s something like US UK or AU or CA, I assume you’re still with a parent or guardian or school administrator. If so, they have blocked access to download YouTube.
