iPhone flash disabled due to low battery battery full

My iPhone camera flash is disabled and says it’s due to low battery. It says I need to charge my battery, but my battery is completely full. How can I fix this?

No, it’s a new iPhone 11 we bought at T mobile at the beginning of March.

I had installed an app to monitor heart rate using the flash and camera. It didn’t really work and I started wondering if that was why my flash was disabled. I deleted it and powered off my phone. Upon powering it on, it’s back to normal. It might’ve just been the power off, or it could’ve been deleting the app. Anyway, whatever it was is resolved now. Thank you for taking time to help. 🙏🏻
