My "Camera Roll" disappeared from my albums on my xs iphone. how do i get it back? it literally disappeared without doing anything out of the ordinary. except i did download a bad app that i deleted within 1 minute of looking how bad it was. maybe i got a virus?

Unless you jailbroke your phone it doesn’t have a virus. However, there is nothing called “camera roll” in any version of iOS since iOS 11. In the Photos app you can view all of your photos by tapping Library and then All Photos. This has replaced the camera roll.

Do you sync photos to iCloud? If you do, are the photos in iCloud?
And can you open the Photos app a take (and post) a screen shot?
Neither Library nor All Photos are there either... fully gone. all that remains is "Recents".
I had tried that. Nothing.
I've already tried all of the above, but Camera Roll is still disappeared from my Albums.
