Siri, ios14, and car bluetooth

Since the update, the bluetooth connection in my car has become very "iffy". I use Siri, to send messages, and that goes okay. I try to use Siri to make calls.....uh, no. I use Siri to play "playlists", and that is where the problem lies. When I say "hey Siri, play "insert name" playlist.....she will respond with "now playing"..but then she will say "Sorry, I am having trouble with Apple Music". I don't have or use Apple Music. At that point sometimes the playlist will play anyway, sometimes it just freezes up. Once this happens, Siri is no longer coming through my car speakers, but only through the phone itself.

The update to .0.1 didn't help, and in fact, made the situation worse.

Is there anyone I can contact about this kind of problem?
