IMac Reboot loop

I went to restart my Mac and it’s been stuck in a reboot loop for 15ish minutes. I can’t get it to boot into Safe Mode or Recovery mode (nothing happens with the former and the latter just leaves me with the usual tan/grey screen but without an Apple logo.) I did manage to get it into Verbose mode and got the following text.

I had a similar problem not long ago and the Apple store wasn’t sure what exactly it was but did discover that my wireless card burnt out so I ended up going with a wired internet connection. Other than that, not much to report. Any ideas?

It is a kernel panic, please learn how to locate your last KP and then copy and paste it as your reply. KP's can be difficult to track down as they can be caused by multiple types of issues including RAM, failing Hard Disk, or incompatible software, the use of third party antivirus apps, etc..

Once we take a look at the report we can look for clues, however if the computer is older I would put any money you intend to s pend on it towards buying it's replacement. At this point all we know is it is a 2012 or later running Catalina but that is about it.
