Stolen iPhone red xr
Is there any way I can disable my stolen iPhone if I can not get into my iCloud email because the thief put there phone number in my account. How can it be done is my ?

If you have your old iPhone, go to app "find my" , then type your apple ID and password which you have signed in on your missing iPhone. Choose your missing iPhone. select "lost mode" then write your phone number that you use on your old phone.
You have to have enough battery on your iPhone XR
