Face id stopped working

what do I need to do to fix my Face ID? I dropped my phone and then face id stopped working and I turned my phone off and back on.

if it stopped working after dropping the phone, seems most likely to me that you'd need to have it repaired.

Note that #8 suggests bringing your device to a service center or use the link to contact support
