Arlo Security Camera not Showing in Apple TV Home app

I am unable to view HomeKit cameras on my Apple TV 4K that is updated to 14.02.

The Home app only shows my Scenes, no cameras.


The cameras show up fine in the Home app on my iPhones and iPads. Can't figure out what is wrong.

We understand that you aren’t able to view your Arlo Security Camera on your Apple TV, even though you can see it on your iPhone and your iPad. We’re happy to help out.


First,  Make sure your Apple TV has Bluetooth enabled.


Try restarting your Apple TV: How to turn off or restart your Apple TV


On your iOS devices, download the manufacturer’s app for those cameras, then check for updates. If an update is available, check that the camera is on and keep it nearby until the update finishes.


You might also want to check the accessory manual for extra hardware requirements.


Make sure the camera model that you are using is compatible with your Apple TV and try these steps from the manufacturer: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
