iPhone 7 Plus won’t connect to iTunes after boot loop

hello i have an iPhone 7 Plus that was stuck on the Apple boot loop( stuck on Apple) mode. One day it turned on and after attempting to put in passcode, it disabled on me and asked to be connected to iTunes. At which point I connected and iphone synced with iTunes but I pressed the “ eject” mode on iTunes . The iPhone then did not turn on and went back to boot loop mode or stuck on Apple mode turning on and off but now the power or volume button do not work all the sudden and I cant get to recovery mode or sync with iTunes. Any suggestions?
