How can I sell my book?

Hi, I'm from Romania, I managed to put 2 free books on my personal account because I can't add any price. They ask me for an EIN, SSN or TIN from the USA. But how can I give them that? I don't have here in Romania. It is interesting that Apple has all my data (card, bank) and I pay for many services with them, why isn't it simple and vice versa? So variously I created my account on Google Book yesterday and I succeeded in a day that I did not succeed on Apple Books in 3 years…

Could you help me?
