Apple Books US Tax ID

I am a South African and want to publish on Apple Books - some for sale. I wish to know what US tax form(s) I have to submit to get a non US tax ID and where can I get this form(s) from. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

¿Se puede publicar libros desde México? Tengo intención de publicar un libro con Apple Books. Al querer registrarme en Apple Connect, dice que se va a necesitar un US Tax ID, pero eso no existe en México. ¿Alguien ya ha publicado en México que me diga si se puede o no? ¿Será que el equivalente de US Tax ID es el RFC?
