How to Add daughters Apple Watch to my app

Got my daughter’s Apple Watch which she no longer wants and want to put it on my Apple Watch app along with my Apple Watch. Try to reset but get prompt for Apple ID and password which I only have ID for. Also tells me I can’t due to watch being connected to find my iPhone. Any answers?
