Monthly calendar view

I used to be able to see events written out on monthly calendar. Now I only see a dot telling me something is entered fo that day. Can I get back to the old setting? This is for an iPad Pro.

Did NOT answer my question. I know how to hit daily, weekly or monthly. 😝

When I hit monthly and saw the squares for the days, I used to see events written out, like “Mary’s birthday”.

I only needed to click on the day if I wanted to see more.

Now I HAVE to click on the day to see what the dot means because I can’t remember something that was entered 6 months ago. Very annoying.

No, I don’t.

This is what I USED to see (and want back!)

Now all I see is a dot on the date. I have to tap on the dot, which takes me to the day, where I can then see what the event, appointment, whatever, is.

Well, there isn’t enough information for me to respond, as I don’t understand “How might your view differ?”

Are the dates shown the same size as mine, for example?

Are you using some sort of unique calendar? (I use an iCloud calendar.)

Lordy, I can’t be more clear. I don’t see a written out description like, as above, Mothers Day. I just see a dot telling me there is something going on on that particular day.

No matter - I found the problem. My font was set at the biggest it could go. By decreasing the font size, the written descriptions came back.
