I use my iPad for my online school, and the teacher had a test assigned, but she had it where we had to install some app called, "lockdown Browser" where it’ll lock the whole iPad onto that screen until you’re done with the test, but for some reason it didn’t go to the test it just stayed on a screen and you can’t close the app or nothing. What do I do???

Try a forced-restart of your iPad:

  • On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  • On an iPad with Face ID: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

If unsuccessful, you should contact your online school, your teacher, or the App Developer.
