I cannot exit an app on ipad. Guided access is enabled. How do I get out of app? Its asking for a passcode when I press power button 3 times but I dont use one

Initiating Guided Access requires you to enter a passcode that will be used to exit Guided Access when it's called for. You could try the passcode you use to unlock your iPad...maybe that's the one you entered when Guided Access prompted you.
