How to prevent access to apps without password via widgetscreen (righttop to middle) on iphone 13

Today i saw a trick on internet about how to access iphone when locked via apps (alarm, camera, on the widgetscreen or startscreen without using a code. where can I find the setting to block this access.

How can I prevent unauthorized access to Shortcuts on iPhone? I’ve set up some shortcuts via the Shortcuts app on my iPhone, locking some of my apps, for example email, photos etc, in case my phone is snatched whilst unlocked, these work well other than I can’t lock the Shortcuts app itself, so if my phone were to be stolen the thief could just go into the app and remove the shortcuts that I’ve set up. Any ideas how I can get around this? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

The lock screen accesses you can turn off is in Settings, FaceID & Passcode.

Access to camera cannot be blocked
