What optical sensor is in the Apple Watch SE?

What do you mean by "Hmmm...?" The information Phil provided and the information you showed is the same. Except for the fact that the third phone in his comparison is the Apple Watch 3 and in yours, it's the Apple Watch 5.

Thanks Meg, but I think the confusion lies in that in the provided screen shot the optical heart sensor for the SE is not specifically labeled as "second generation". Merely as "Optical heart sensor".

Not sure where that screen shot is coming from though. It may possibly be a typo there.

I'm fairly certain the SE has the second generation optical heart sensor.

As I said, I'm fairly certain it does have the second generation heart sensor, just does not have the blood oxygen sensor or the electrical heart sensor.

And it has now been corrected.

It is correctly labeled as Second Generation optical heart sensor, and the Series 6 is labeled as having a third generation Optical heart sensor.

Where does the screen shot come from exactly?
