When open for the first time the brand new MacBook Pro 16 inches a red battery appeared on the screen. After plugged it for2 hours and open it, the red battery indicator appeared again, showing no charge at all. Tried all the four Thunderbolt 3 no charging. Any suggestion,please? Thank you

Thank you Chris_D13. No result with the reset. So I went to apple service. They said it has to be replaced the mother board plaquette ! Hoping that this will resolve the problem! I’let you know.
