I need help with my new iPhone it isn't transferring from one phone to another.

How do I contact support if my iPhone cannot be used? I worry that my transfer is not working from my old phone to my new one.

Transfer Data from old iPhone to new-

Do you have a backup created either on iCloud or on your computer?
