Home row apps rotating

If you have a problem with your iPhone update causing your home row to flip icons around. You can stop this by going to :settings, accessibility, voice over, rotor actions, and de-selecting edit apps on Home Screen. It’s caused when you phone screen rotates to the side and back upright.
