The chances of your iPhone getting hacked are nearly zero. Your iPhone can only be hacked if you jailbroke your iPhone which leaves the iPhone vulnerable to hacks. Beware of phishing scams and never share your Apple ID Password with anyone.

Change the password for your Wi-Fi and keep it secret from everyone else except those you trust. Don't give it to friends who happen to drop in as you have no control on who they may give the password too.

As already mentioned its unlikely, unless greatly assisted by yourself, for your phone to be hacked.

This really isn’t Apple related so much but contact your ISP and ask them directly if there are any unauthorized devices on your WiFi. If for some case there was, they can then block that device and walk you through making the needed changes to re secure your WiFi if that was the case. It is rare. More common if you live in a dense area or a large apartment building that kind of thing. Getting into an a Apple device is extremely difficult and almost always takes a bit of assistance on the Users end, even some your completely unaware of.

Use a different network.

Not your iPhone but could be your Wifi router and someone can spy on you. Technically very rare unless you are a 'target'. A target who is very rich and always on the internet.
