How to download newest current version iTunes on windows 10

I have windows 10 or a version of it I downloaded iTunes they the Microsoft store ran it and tried connecting my password locked iPhone 11 on it to restore and it never would pull my device up so I figure I have a wrong version downloaded any help will be great

Updated the iTunes but keeps asking it needs the latest version iTunes I have a locked iPhone 6s and want to unlock it using iTunes. It asked me to update to the latest version. Well, I did update and it is in the latest version now. But when I plug my phone and click Update or Restore, it keeps warning "To update your iphone it needs the latest version of iTunes." What a non-sense? This is the only way to unlock my phone. The Find my iPhone method doesn't work to unlock because it needs to be connected to internet. trying to unblock an iphone but am told need to update itunes however itunes is latest version I am trying to update a phone that is locked but get a message that I need to update itunes. when I check the itunes version it reports that it is the current version??? something is clearly not right ! what???
