Problem with iCloud payment

I got a new iPhone. I updated the payment method for paying iCloud but I received an email in witch says that it’s not possible to charge me for this month and that it will degrade my iCloud storage plan. What else could I do to prevent this from happening?

P.S. I have money on that account.
