iCloud Storage Payment Information

I received an email saying, "We attempted to charge you for your 50GB iCloud storage plan, but there is a problem with your payment information. I tried to go in and updated my security code but it won't let me."

I got an email stating there is something wrong with my payment information and icloud can't charge me the .99 cents for my additional storage I get each month. Tried the instructions but can't find where to check my payment info I got an email stating there is something wrong with my payment info and icloud can't charge me the .99 monthly fee for my additional storage I purchase monthly. Tried the instructions and couldn't find it. I went into the App Store (ITunes) and it had an old credit card and address. I updated info but it then said it couldn't accept my payment method???

I have received Email telling me that there is a problem with my payment information for continued use of iCloud storage. Settings also tells me to update payment details. I have had my credit card replaced by the bank. I have followed the instructions on my i pad to replace the new card details and remove the previous cancelled card but settings still shows that i need to update my payment details. I now have no idea whether the new information is accepted and whether my cloud usage will be cancelled

Have you tried to update year and other information too?

If your card is expired and you have a new one it’s better to add a new payment method and then delete the old one so you’re sure all information and details are up to date.
