iCloud storage payment

I received an email on Friday stating that you were unable to draft my payment for extra iCloud storage. I need help resolving this as the prompts that were included in the email have not been helpful. Thank you for your help!

Hello ~ Take a look here as there may be a problem with your payment method or something along those lines:


If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes ...
