My stepmom added screentime a year ago and my grandma took it off and my stepmom backed up a really old screentime account and I have no time on my phone she hasn’t asked the people at Apple the fix it and has tried pretty much everything

and it wont let me change it without the screentime passsword which we cant change wihtout the password
