My husband recently purchased on line a 2020 macbook pro which has an obvious back light fault. Having read in a recent Mac FOREMAT magazine that this fault can be corrected. So having sent an email to apple he hasn't had any follow up. Our local agent has not been very co-oprative.
Any suggestions or remedies would be appreciated.

A new purchase of a 2020 has both AppleCare and 90 free call-in support take advantage of this one on one to sort your issue.
