Bought the wrong phone

I’ve just bought an iPhone 11Pro 64 Gb but I should have bought the 128. Can I exchange it? How?

You have 14 days to exchange it for any reason if you bought from Apple. If you bought from another source, you will have to check their policy.

Returns & Refunds - Shopping Help - Apple discusses the Apple Return Policy.

If you qualify for those terms, return the 64GB, for a refund. Then purchase the 128GB.
