I bought on Apple.com a wrong model of IPhone and today at 7:00 PM It will delivery In a house friend. I Would like to Know if my friend can go at nearest Apple Store to exchange the IPhone 11 128 Gb for IPhone 12 128 Gb paying by diference the prices among models. What is need for my friend do this?

If you purchsed it within a 14 day period and purchased it from a genuine Apple store or reseller, than yes, he can return it for a refund and pay the difference for a different phone.
Apple doesn't sell the model 12 anymore. Unless they have one that's been on the shelf for awhile, you will have to purchase a model 13.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your phone for a full refund.
Return it and get the model you want.
