Robotic Voice Mic

I'm having the issue of where majority of the time when I'm using my mic in any kind of call (FaceTime, Zoom Calls, Discord) my mic sounds like a robot voice. It happens out of nowhere and the only way to fix it is to restart my laptop every time, which can be really annoying when I'm in an important call. I usually use Airpod Pros or Airpods, but it happens with and without headphones.
