No option to choose an Individual Apple Music plan.
Hi everyone!
I was previously subscribed as a student, however I chose to cancel that subscription as I have graduated and am no longer directly affiliated with my university. In spite of this, I would still like to retain my Apple Music subscription, but I am not provided with the option to subscribe to an 'Individual' plan - only a student or a family plan (picture attached). The Music app on my iPhone shows the same options.
Choosing the student plan is no longer an option, as I am not a registered student. I have opted to subscribe to the family plan until I can get this resolved.
Does anyone have any clue on how to resolve this, as I am genuinely at a loss?
