iMessage not working iPhone XS

In iMessages in the settings my iMessage keeps on showing my email. When I switch to my phone number it’s just loading constantly.

I have tried restarting my phone and resetting it too. It’s not activating on the SIM card. My SIM card is jazz mobilink; country Pakistan.

I would appreciate any help.

Apple ID for iMessage I’m using my Apple ID for iMessage it work for sending messages to other iPhone user but when I try to send to an android user it says not delivered when I try to send it again it still says the same what do I do?
