ipohone X is unresponsive to everything

when i click on apps, phone wont open them up, cant turn off by side button or even restart phone, the only way to turn off is to put my phone on low power mode and wait till it turns itself off. When i swipe uo to view history of apps I was using, it comes up with a zoom meeting saying that a zoom call was ending, but i havent used zoom on my phone.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone exactly as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
