You have to initially wipe the iPhone completely. After that, once your passcode has been reset then you can restore your iPhone from a backup file that you may have created on iCloud or on a computer. If you do not have a backup created then I am afraid you will lose all data.

You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. You will need a computer for this task and all your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.
