My iphone 6 is on ios 12.0 and says its up to date

Why dnt i hv the 14.0 or 13.0 update in my phone

That is correct. Your iPhone 6 is up to date with iOS version 12.4.8

This is because your iPhone 6 cannot be updated any further than iOS 12.

You will need a newer iPhone to update to iOS version(s) 13/14.
