Greetings, saheelwandre.

It appears that you're having a problem using Haptic Touch on your iPhone 7. Your iPhone only vibrates only part of the time, and if you purposely cause your iPhone to vibrate on silent or when receiving a call, you get no response. We're glad to help with this.

Change 3D or Haptic Touch sensitivity on your iPhone - Apple Support -- Go to Settings > Accessibility > 3D & Haptic Touch. Change the "Touch Duration", then tap the flower. Do you feel any feedback just before it shows you the picture?

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support -- If you're still not feeling a haptic response, restart your iPhone. Test the issue once you're iPhone is back to the Home screen.

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support -- If it's still not working as expected, please be sure to have a recent backup of your iPhone 7.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support -- Once you're sure that you have a fresh backup, restore the backup to your phone. Test the issue again once you're able.

Let us know how that goes.

Take care.
