Help canceling Zoosk

I have a dating app called Zoosk that I have been trying to cancel for a month without avail. If I try to cancel it in the app itself it tells me that because it was set up with I Cloud that I have to cancel it through there. When I try nothing comes up under my subscriptions to get rid of so I can’t do it there. Their number is not working at this time. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?It was supposed to renew on the 6th and bill my credit card to I canceled the card because I don’t want the app or to pay for it anymore.

now my I cloud storage was supposed to come off that same credit card. I’m afraid if I put another card on I Tunes i will automatically get charged by the dating app. Frustrated
