Internet banking

Hi , i have a problem with my phone , i changed my phone and i can’t log in to my internet baking , i went to the bank and they says , try to contact with your phone provider because something wrong with the snyc between the iphone and the bank application , can u help me to sort this out ? Thanks

SIM Card Needs Reconfigurations:

I would assume you need to update your phone number, if different. If not, then have the Cellular Provider fix the SIM card so that it interacts the same at it did in the past.


Restart Modem/Router:

Elsewise, restart your modem/router (by unplugging it for a few minutes and then plugging it back in). Perhaps utility work occurred down the street and it needs to be reset.


Security Software?

If you have security software installed, then uninstall it as instructed by the software developer. It would be different than that of a computer where you use an uninstaller and restart the device.
