Supply cable after charging

After charging my macbook could I leave connect supply cable to electrical outlet and unplug only magnetic plug on the mac? I wonder if connect could damage power supply.

f your USB-C power adapter isn't charging your Mac notebook any suggestion if the power adaptor and cord stop working?

Although not a direct answer to your question, you can leave it plugged in at both ends all the time. Neither your computer nor battery will be damaged. I doubt it is a good idea to leave a powered plug end flopping in the breeze.
