SIM not valid

Good day 


I appreciate you if you help me to fix my problem at my phone ,so I have iPhone 11 and I bought from Philippine but I’m from Africa Sudan when I insert my SIM CARD the phone show me SIM not valid.

If it is a Network / Carrier / SIM issue --> If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad ...

It is exactly what the "Sim not Valid" error message is telling you in the screen shot that you have posted. Your iPhone is carrier locked. It is locked to only one carrier and you will not be able to use it unless that carrier unlocks the iPhone for use with other carriers. You will need to call the carrier, that the iPhone last had successful service with, and ask them about the requirements to get your iPhone unlocked.
