Not seeing all my photos from phone and iPad on my Mac.

I am not seeing the photos on my phone and iPad to my mac?

i tried to follow the instructions provided but my photos icon in preferences did not have an option button.

i am running the most current version of iOS on all my devices

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

What about in the macOS Photos app?

System Preferences > iCloud?
