can i restore without sim ?

my phone gives me "no service" or "searching" and i use another sim and still doesnt work

i need to restore my phone from pc with itunes , will i need sim card to open my phone ?

iPhone 7, iOS 14

You will not need a SIM card however ensure that your iPhone is able to make a connection to the internet via a WiFi Network when needed.
