I have downloaded an app called Toon Me which I thought was free. It is free for 3 days only and then they will bill me monthly. How do I stop this before it gets started? I didn't know the cost until after I downloaded it. I don't know who to contact. This is disturbing.

These subscriptions must always be disclosedin the descrription and details section of the app so it s always suggested to read the description of the App you are about to download to understand exactly what it may charge you.
