How long will my iPad Pro be Processing?

I understand that pandemic delays shipping. But, my iPad Pro is still processing over two weeks (I ordered on Sept 19 with magic keyboard and free AirPod). Keyboard and airpod had arrived fast.

Should I wait my iPad to ship or contact Apple this week? What number should I call to speak to live person in customer service?

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi

Unfortunately none of us can answer that. We’re just users like you.

You can try to call Apple and see what they can tell you, although you’ll probably not get a definitive answer. The person you talk to probably has no way to know when a shipment is getting in
